Sammy Arriaga is a Cuban-American singer and songwriter known for blending country music with his Latin roots. Raised in Miami and based in Nashville, he has become a rising voice in Country Latino music, connecting audiences through songs in English, Spanish, and Spanglish.

Zeshan B is an Indian-American singer and musician known for blending soul, R&B, blues, and South Asian influences. With a powerful, soulful voice, his music bridges cultures and brings a distinctive multicultural perspective to classic American sounds.

Appalatin is a Louisville-based band known for blending Appalachian folk and bluegrass with Latin American rhythms and sounds. Their energetic, multicultural music combines instruments and traditions from both regions, creating a unique style that celebrates community, diversity, and cultural connection.

What is I Music Fest?
I Music Fest is more than a music festival—it’s a celebration of the people, cultures and community that make Indianapolis’ International District unique. On Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 2–9 PM at 3733 Commercial Drive, enjoy an exciting evening filled with live music, cultural performances, delicious food, local vendors, family activities and more. The celebration continues with a special ticketed show at La Flaca from 9 PM–12 AM.
But I Music Fest is also music with a mission. Proceeds support the International District Community Center, a 14,000-square-foot neighborhood hub providing youth programming, education, workforce development and a welcoming space where neighbors can connect and grow.

Is there an admission fee?
Nope. Admission is free. Bring your family, bring your friends, bring your best dance moves. Food, drinks and Family Fun Area activities will be available for purchase.

Where is the festival held?
The festival takes place at 3733 Commercial Drive, Indianapolis, on Saturday, September 19, 2026. The celebration kicks off at 2 p.m. with music, food, local vendors, family activities and cultural performances, and continues through 9 p.m.
Can I bring a cooler or outside food and drinks?
No outside food, drinks or coolers are allowed. Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered with local food trucks, refreshing beverages and a beer garden to keep you fueled.
What should I bring?
Bring your family, your crew and your energy. Chairs or blankets are perfect for kicking back on the lawn between sets. Please leave pets at home—service animals are welcome.
Is this event family friendly?
Yes! I Music Fest is a family-friendly celebration with activities for all ages. Bring the whole family and enjoy the Family Fun Zone, along with live music, cultural performances, food, local vendors and plenty of opportunities to connect and celebrate together.
What about parking?
Free parking is available on site. Volunteers and clear signage will help direct you to the right lots.
Do I need to bring cash?
Some vendors accept cards while others prefer cash. ATMs will not be on site, so plan ahead.
Where do the proceeds go?
Net proceeds from I Music Fest benefit the International District Community Center, a neighborhood hub dedicated to connection, learning and opportunity. By supporting I Music Fest, you’re helping strengthen programs and spaces that bring our community together.
What items are not allowed?
For everyone’s safety, the following are prohibited:
- Weapons of any kind
- Outside food, drinks or coolers
- Large backpacks (all bags will be checked upon entry)
- Illegal substances
- Pets (service animals permitted)
